Break has officially begun! Hopefully you are off to spend time with your family and friends. This break will be a great time to relax, catch up on work and sleep, spend time with friends, and rejuvenate yourself. Nevertheless, break will be over before we know it and we will all be back at WAC. Lucky there are many fun events coming up this spring that we can all look forward too. Incase you might not know what’s coming up or will forget after a long break, I’ll remind you what you have to look forward too.
The Students Event Board will have many events the week after break. These include the film series, games, and a trip to the Cheery Blossoms Festival in Washington D.C.
Flock Out will be on Mach 28th followed by Relay for Life which will last all night. So come out, get free things, and show your support for both events!
In April there will be many events! The Spring Concert will be held in the gym and the artist will soon be announced. So get ready for a night of fun!
War on the Shore is also in April. This is arguably the biggest game of the year! The Washington College Shoremen will take on the Salisbury Sea Gulls for the honor of being called winner. Get ready for a packed stadium and lots of rowdy fans!
Finally, there is the tradition of May Day. Whether or not you participate, it will still be a great time because it is the last day of classes for the semester.
So now you are aware of what is coming up and can start counting down the days. Remember to mark everything on your calendars and get ready for a great end to the semester.
Have a great Spring Break!
