Which Tea is Right for You?

Tea_in_different_grade_of_fermentationLately, Mother Nature seems as though she cannot make up her mind about the weather. One day we have blue skies and sunshine and the next we have clouds and an unexpected snow day. This can lead to mass confusion in terms of deciding what to wear, whether to walk or drive somewhere, and most importantly what to drink. On warmer days most people are tempted to carry water while on frigid days a nice hot coffee or cocoa is preferred. In times of perplexing weather, why not settle on a drink that suits all temperatures and times of day: Tea!

Tea is a great option for anyone looking for a pick-me-up in the morning or a soothing drink before bedtime. There are such a large variety of flavors and types of teas to choose from, you could never get tired of drinking it. My go-to choice is Green Tea. I think it is delicious and it has tons of antioxidants for a healthy lifestyle. Another great option is Black Tea, which is also great for your health. Both Green and Black Teas have caffeine in them so they can give you the extra kick you need to get through the day. At the end of a long day, a nice warm cup of tea can get you ready to go to sleep. Teas with chamomile, mint, or lavender help you unwind and relax. There are tons of other flavors to try such as cranberry, raspberry, orange, peach, and lemon. Try out some new flavors and find your favorite. No matter the temperature outside, a nice cup of tea is always a delight!
