thumbnail_happy easter!.jpgWith the new month of April in full swing, there are so many events this month. From theatre productions to guest speakers, Campus Events has a full month planned for students to engage in. Tomorrow, guest speaker Mary Miller will be coming to campus to talk about an ethical financial system. The discussion will begin tomorrow at 4:00 pm in Hynson Lounge located in Hodson Hall. The following week, for those of you who are wanting to see the performance, Aladdin del’ Arte will be opening on Friday, April 14 at 7:30 pm in Decker. This play has already been said to be extremely funny and entertaining. Another exciting event happening that weekend, Easter! For those of you who celebrate Easter, various churches in Chestertown will be holding Easter Sunday Mass.

The week after Easter, another exciting event on campus is the Relay for Life happening on April 21st. Starting at 6 pm in the JFC, come out and help end the fight against cancer. This is the biggest event for The American Cancer Society which has touched more than one person on campus. Head over to the table in Hodson to sign up to be on a team. Wrapping up April’s theatre productions, Every Brilliant Thing will be showing on April 21st as well as April 22nd. Starting at 7:30 pm in Decker, you can reserve tickets through Event Bright and come see the one man production performed by Jake Smith ’17 and directed by Erin Coffman ’17.
